Our Purpose

The Pipelines and Borderlines initiative was created in 2008 by Beverly Keys as a grassroots Print Portfolio exchange designed to engage and educate the public about the serious consequences to human health and well being that is the result of dependency on unsustainable energy sources, especially fossil fuels.

This is accomplished primarily through the exhibition and promotion of international themed collaborations of diverse printmakers. To date, the first two portfolios have been exhibited in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Nicaragua. The third portfolio is the broadest to date and is focused on the personal stories of those directly affected by extreme energy extraction.
